This site has no borrower accounts, identity uploads or credit applications. Contact messages you choose to send are handled to respond to your enquiry; the communication provider also processes messages under its own terms.
Calculator, search and downloads
Calculator inputs, help searches and lesson answers are used to display results. We do not send them to the external credit partner or our referral dashboard. Selecting “Review this estimate” places the amount, term, date and rate scenario in the page URL so you can return to edit them. URLs can appear in browser history and hosting logs. Do not place personal information in them.
The budget worksheet is a downloadable file. Completed copies remain where you save them; they are not uploaded to us. Lesson progress lasts for the current page session.
Referral measurement
Following a labelled partner link sends our referral dashboard the site domain, offer label, button position and a new random click reference. Our application does not forward your IP address, cookies or calculator inputs to that dashboard. Page views and calculator use do not send referral clicks.
Daily click counters are retained for up to 45 days and click-reference-to-button mappings for up to 90 days. Aggregated reports may be kept longer. These records help us measure referrals, not determine credit eligibility.
The external referral network and destination provider receive your visit and the site reference in the link. They process it under their own privacy and cookie terms. We may earn a referral commission.
Hosting and security
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Connection and request information, including IP addresses and requested URLs, may be processed for delivery, diagnostics and security under the hosting provider’s terms. Infrastructure providers may process data outside South Africa.
We do not add advertising cookies, session-replay scripts or persistent user identifiers to this site. See the cookie notice for the distinction between our pages and external services.
Your questions and requests
You can ask about access to, correction of or deletion of information relating to you, or raise an objection. Describe the service and approximate date involved; do not send sensitive documents in an initial enquiry. We may need proportionate information to locate records and confirm the request.
For information held by a loan provider or referral network, contact that organisation directly. Privacy concerns can also be raised with South Africa’s Information Regulator.
