Approval, payment and receipt
Approval means the provider has made a credit decision. Payment submission means it has instructed a transfer. Receipt means the money is available in your bank account. These are different stages.
If the money has not arrived
Check the agreed timing and contact the provider with its application or payment reference. Your bank may be able to explain an incoming-payment delay.
Do not pay an unsolicited “release”, “clearance” or “unlock” fee to speed up a loan. Verify unusual payment requests directly with the provider.
